Building on our successful Nomad Heavy Duty Valve Body development program, the need for something to handle a little more kick was needed. Designed for it’s name sake, the Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body is the must have item for competition vehicles and extreme power upgrades. The Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body has been tested in the roughest and harshest of conditions to give your automatic transmission the greatest chance of hanging on throughout the race.

Providing the greatest clamping loads to all clutch packs from low RPM’s right through to redline, the Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body will give the transmission every chance of handling that ridiculous power that you so evilly want. [pullquote align=”full” class=”PullQuote”]A chip and exhaust just doesn’t do it for me[/pullquote] The Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body can also give new life to transmissions for daily drivers that have had major engine upgrades such as new turbo, supercharger or even and engine transplant. The Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body is essentially designed for those drivers that feel ‘A chip and exhaust just doesn’t do it for me’. We are talking about engine power that is 50% or more than what came out of the factory. A word of warning though, the Extreme Heavy Duty Valve Body can be quite thumpy in the gear changes at low throttle. ie. if you are driving in heavy traffic at 10 to 30km/h. This is a result of the increase to the pressures for the clutch packs so that there is much greater clamping ability during the gear change.
