Products such as Valve Body's, Transmissions and Torque Converters must be drained of all oil prior to shipping. It is also recommended to wrap the products in towels or plastic to catch any residual oil still in/on the products. If you wish to clean fully, we recommend only solvent, such as brake cleaner, to be used.

DO NOT USE WATER OR DETERGENT TO CLEAN ANY PRODUCTS

Products that are not drained and cleaned sufficiently can spill oil throughout the vehicles that are carrying them and can cause extra costs. Any cleaning costs incurred by Wholesale Automatic Transmissions will be passed onto the sender.

The invoice number should be used as the RMA number and MUST be clearly labeled on the outside of the package. This ensures your goods will arrive and be processed without delays.
